To be able to use the discount, all travel must be booked online. Flights are capacity controlled and any flight is entitled to the 5% discount as long as it fits the criteria outlined below. All flights in a reservation must include valid routes and travel dates in order to receive a discount. If only one direction of travel is valid, please book your valid flight as a one way trip using the promotional code and the other segment as a one way trip without the code. Any flight can be chosen as long as it arrives at the destination no more than two days before the start of the convention and departs no more than two days after the end of the convention. Any changes to an itinerary booked with a promotional code will be subject to a change fee, any applicable increase in airfare, and it will also result in the removal of the discount. Booking may be cancelled, but will be subject to a cancellation fee. Your promotional code is specific to the IH/M&RS. You must include valid routes and travel dates in order to receive a discount.

ADA Services
The Javits Center has a number of parking spaces set aside at each event for handicap parking. All levels of the Center are accessible by elevator, and the Food Court entrance is equipped with a ramp to make for easier access. Both ATMs offer audio assistance for the visually impaired. The Center offers attendees and exhibitors wheelchairs free of charge. A reservation must be made in advance by calling 212-216-2196. If an exhibitor or attendee is interested in renting a motorized scooter, Scootaround (www.scootaround.com) can arrange for a scooter delivery to the Javits Center.
